Grow room humidity levels should be between 40-50%. If they rise above 60%, issues such as mould, mildew and pest problems may arise. High levels of humidity will prevent the plant from taking in Co2, which then prevents photosynthesis. This problem will also occur when humidity levels are too low. The easiest way of controlling humidity levels is by making sure your grow room has adequate ventilation.
Invest in a hygrometer; the digital thermometer + hygrometers we stock automatically change their temperature display every five seconds to show indoor and outdoor temperatures as well as indoor humidity. It can display in both °C and °F and has a memory of MIN/MAX value of temperature and humidity.
If you notice your humidity levels are looking low, you can use a humidifier to help bring them back up. If they are looking too high you can bring them back down with help from a dehumidifier.
